Arduino Mega 2560 R3 is an upgraded version of Arduino Uno R3 with more pins, peripherals and memory.

Note :
Most Shields of Arduino Uno R3 work with Arduino Mega 2560 R3.
Arduino Mega 2560 R3 cannot use the SoftwareSerial library because it has built-in 4 Hardware Serial ports on the board.
